Tungsten -Copper alloys      
   
Property and Application:  
As the composite of the Tungsten and Copper,these alloys  are characterized by high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion and high wear resistance combined with excellent electrical conductivity. These alloys are easy to be machined into various components. These alloys are mainly used in electrical industry and sink evaporation industry.

Application          

Better sink substrate made of silicon carbide, aluminum oxide,esp. for the heavy packed circuits.Because the Tungsten-copper alloy characters the good thermal conductivity of Copper and low expansion of Tungsten.
